MoHop MUSIC™ was, at its inception, conceived as a hybrid of MoTown and Hip Hop–blending the classic sweet and sassy vocals, rich melodies and “wall of sound” of 70’s MoTown with modern Hip-Hop beats and “mood”.

After the debut of “Night Angles”, indie label MoHop Music’s musical horizon widened to multi-genre–genres as different from each other as jazz, neoclassical, blues and country, reflecting the broad musical tastes and experience of MoHop’s creators and artists, presented here in a free online listening format.

Future releases will add to this mix genres as distinctive and rich as baroque, folk, R&B and even boogie-woogie, with an accent on classy, compelling and cool compositions.
